Our four complementary precision rolling mills enable us to roll titanium to tolerances that are half the industry standards. Our mills offer exceptional gauge control and tension leveling which ensures dimensional and flatness requirements are met.
Elgiloy Specialty Metals offers four rolling mills strategically located in the US. Our mills were built and designed for their unique and complementary capabilities.
We can provide you with a single coil of precision-rolled titanium strip up to truckload quantities. Our domestic processing centers are AS9100 and ISO 9001:2015 certified and can provide you with shorter lead times for your mission-critical applications.
Gibbs Interwire and Combined Service Centers provide stock titanium strip and offer 30+ slitters for quick turnaround. We can slit Ti coil down to .024″ wide, oscillate wind, or cut to custom sheet sizes. Our multiple mill and service center locations with complementary capabilities allow us the flexibility to roll, slit, wind, and blank your titanium strip and foil significantly faster than offshore sources.
